Product notes
Terroirs: Monzogranitic sands The estate's location between the mountains and the sea, combined with the area's clay-granite and sandy-loam geology, promotes a beautiful balance and concentrated juices. Tribbiera is the traditional method of threshing wheat, an ancestral practice where Corsican farmers threshed the wheat with oxen.
Production notes
Mechanical harvest in the morning. Direct pressing followed by cold stabilization. Cold fermentation (between 12 and 16°C). Aged on fine lees for 5 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes
The nose is floral and delicate with notes of iris, rose, and orange peel. The palate is fresh and fruity, with a lingering salinity. Pairs well with salad, fish, and cheese.
