Tasting notes
BARBERA D'ALBA. Brilliant ruby red color with purple highlights. Deep and ample nose, elegant, harmonious, and persistent, evoking rose, undergrowth, and oriental spices. Powerful bouquet. Fine structure, tangy and lively freshness, softened by a lovely roundness. Aromas of Morello cherry and plum jam, with a long finish. Pairs well with Veal Chop with Mushrooms
