About this winery

It takes time, dedication, care, expertise. And great courage. Product notes

The Laghetto I - II - III Quadro and Rio vineyards, facing southeast, have soils containing fluvial sediments with clay, limestone and sand.

Production notes

Fermentation in medium-sized stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (16°C). Aged for 5 months in concrete tanks on fine lees and fined for one month in the bottle.

Tasting notes

This wine has a pale gold color with greenish highlights. It offers floral aromas of acacia, notes of tropical fruit and citrus, particularly grapefruit. On the palate, it is distinguished by its beautiful structure, great vivacity, excellent acidity, pronounced flavor, and a slight hint of iodine. Pairs well with fish, mussels, and cheeses.

Jeff Porter, December 2025 (Vintage 2024)

The wine opens with aromas of a spring morning in a stone-walled orchard - crisp Fuji apples nestled against fresh-picked pears, with scattered white petals carried on the breeze. The palate captures that morning freshness, layering subtle honey notes against vibrant citrus, all grounded by mineral undertones.
