About this winery
Family-owned for four generations, the 30-hectare estate is located around the village of Chezelet. Operated today by Fabrice Gasnier and his wife Sandrine, the vineyard has been fully certified organic and biodynamic since 2008. Their philosophy favors constant exchanges between Mother Nature and the winemaker to bring out the character traits of the vintage. Their wines are vinified in small-capacity, home-made, artisanal and unique cement vats that are adapted to their way of doing things...

Fairly pale yellow color, very classy. Superb nose of freshness, with beautiful floral and white fruit notes. A true Chenin, with more power than expected. The structure is very straightforward, yet very elegant. Pairs well with vegetables au gratin, fish, and cheese.
