Product notes

This vintage, previously named “Au Cerisier” (At the Cherry Tree), has just been renamed because the unpredictable weather of 2023 necessitated a blend of different parcels from the estate, including the historic 1.1-hectare plot located at 350 meters altitude on the Causse plateau and named “Au Cerisier” because a cherry tree has always stood at its center. The terroir consists of red clay over limestone soil, and the vines are on average 40 years old.

Production notes

Raised primarily in concrete tanks

Tasting notes

Aromas of ripe, juicy dark berries. The palate is vibrant with well-rounded tannins and a satisfying finish.
