About this winery
Paul, the eldest member of the Suzzoni family, developed a passion for viticulture at an early age, and decided to study at the Lycée Agricole in Borgo. Supported by his father Antoine, he acquired a few plots of land and succeeded in setting up in business. The dream was launched. Despite a dilettante period for insular viticulture, Paul and his father planted their first Niellucciu vines in 1973 in the communes of Lumiu and Montegrosso, and produced their first cuvée three years later....

Product notes
Soil: Clay-schist terraces The estate's location between the mountains and the sea, combined with the area's clay-granite and sandy-silt geology, promotes a beautiful balance and concentrated juices.
Production notes
Early morning mechanical harvest. Direct pressing. Cold fermentation (between 12 and 16°C). Aged on fine lees for 5 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes
Its light color and notes of tangy red berries, such as strawberries and redcurrants, offer a refreshing and delicate palate, ideal for summer evenings. Pairs well with fish, tapas, and cheese.
