About this winery
Paul, the eldest member of the Suzzoni family, developed a passion for viticulture at an early age, and decided to study at the Lycée Agricole in Borgo. Supported by his father Antoine, he acquired a few plots of land and succeeded in setting up in business. The dream was launched. Despite a dilettante period for insular viticulture, Paul and his father planted their first Niellucciu vines in 1973 in the communes of Lumiu and Montegrosso, and produced their first cuvée three years later....

Product notes
Soil: Monzogranitic Sands The estate's location between the mountains and the sea, combined with the area's clay-granite and sandy-silt geology, promotes a beautiful balance and concentrated juices.
Production notes
Manual and mechanical harvests in the morning. Vinification: One-week cold pre-fermentation maceration. 6 weeks of vatting under the grape pomace. Aging: 5 months of aging in concrete vats.
Tasting notes
Brilliant color with ruby highlights. Aromas of black fruits (plum, raspberry, black cherry) with hints of toasted almonds. The palate is rich with fine tannins and a light cigar-like finish. Pairs well with grilled meats
