Product notes
Terroirs: Monzogranitic soils The estate's location between the mountains and the sea, combined with the area's clay-granite and sandy-silt geology, promotes a beautiful balance and concentration of the juices.
Production notes
Morning mechanical harvest, direct pressing. Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats and aging on fine lees for 4 months.
Tasting notes
Pale color with peach-skin highlights. Aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, and grapefruit on the nose. The palate is well-balanced, fresh, and savory. Pairs well with fish, cod fritters, and salad.
