Tasting notes
This “Clairet” is distinguished by a hint of tannin that makes it more structured and vinous, more fleshy and full-bodied than a rosé, despite its low-intensity red color. Light and delicious, easy to drink, low in tannins, supple and fruity, it unfurls aromas of strawberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants, punctuated by floral notes. Pairs with tuna tataki and Asian dishes
