Product notes
A delicate delight, Marie-Cécile vintages are best enjoyed while still young.
Production notes
Made entirely from the Sémillon grape variety, vinified and aged using a method that follows the phases of the moon in seasoned barrels, this dry white wine—with no added sulfites—is the quintessential natural white wine.
Tasting notes
With a golden-yellow color and a bouquet punctuated by notes of quince, honey, and candied apricot, the Marie-Cécile has a round, flavorful palate that is well-balanced by its freshness, which contrasts with its sweetness. It has a lovely lingering finish with mineral and floral notes. It pairs best with seafood, fish, or blue-veined cheeses, Tome, and other strong-flavored cheeses.
