About this winery
The success of Château de La Chaize is based on respect for terroirs and the unique know-how acquired over 350 years. Using a parcel-by-parcel approach, the estate has 23 cadastral parcels, spread across the Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, Fleurie and Morgon appellations, and each parcel is vinified and aged separately to reveal its character and uniqueness.

Product notes
Although it represents only 4% of the volume compared to red, white Beaujolais produced in the Beaujolais and Beaujolais-Villages appellations is increasingly popular with consumers looking for a stylish and unusual white wine.
Production notes

Tasting notes
Bright and clear pale yellow. Aromas of lemon and pear blend with notes of white flowers. A nose that evokes the freshness and lusciousness that these great clay-limestone terroirs of southern Beaujolais can express. A frank and lively attack, which lingers to reveal complex aromas of citrus and white fruits. The finish is full and generous. Pairs well with poultry and fish
