Today, the 9th generation is at the helm of the estate with Nicolas Maillart. He is thus perpetuating almost 300 years of history and preserving the house's philosophy: to express the potential of the Champagne terroirs in the wines. Since 2009, the estate has been committed to respecting the environment, producing its own solar energy to power 100% of its production.

From the village of Bouzy Grand Cru, planted on Campanian chalk soils at the bottom of the slope. Area: 0.8 ha Vine age: over 30 years old, southern exposure.

A full-bodied and vinous Champagne reminiscent of a sparkling white Burgundy! A toasty expression and ripe fruit profile. A full-bodied and creamy palate with great depth and power. The Blanc des Blancs of the Montagne de Reims at its best. Pair with scallops and oysters.
Wildflowers, oranges, raspberries and manuka honey on the nose of this delightfully fragrant blanc de noirs. Some toast and gingerbread coming through. Wonderful energy, precision and balance on the palate, with ripe fruit flavors complemented by fresh acidity and delicate bubbles. Zero dosage. Disgorged May 2024. Drink or hold.
