About this winery
Established in the Treviso region of Veneto in the years preceding Prosecco's international rise to fame, Ca di' Rajo uses the Glera grape variety to produce its renowned sparkling wines. A family business since the 1930s, this vineyard has become a showcase for traditional production methods, often neglected by larger producers.

Production notes
The grapes are harvested manually in late August/early September and aged in stainless steel tanks for at least 6 months to preserve their freshness and fruitiness, then aged in the bottle.
Tasting notes
Intense aromas of ripe raspberries, blueberries, and wild strawberries, with floral hints of violet and cyclamen. Other notes may include aromatic herbs, sweet tobacco, eucalyptus, and dark chocolate. The palate is fresh, supple, and enveloping, with elegant, fine, and silky tannins. The wine offers beautiful structure, balanced acidity, and a long finish with lingering notes of berries and vanilla. Pairs well with charcuterie, pasta, and cheeses.
