Product notes

It is in old pots that we make the best jams... or is it with old Carignans that we make the best reds? It is old vines 80 years old that give this impeccable result full of personality.

Production notes

Manual harvest. Traditional winemaking. Sustainable cultivation.

Tasting notes

Deep garnet red color with purple highlights. Beautiful coloring intensity. Nose with a strong dominance of sweet liquorice, ripe cherries and bay leaf sauce. Pairs with cold meats, game and meats in sauce
