Product notes

Terroirs: Monzogranitic soils The estate's location between the mountains and the sea, combined with the area's clay-granite and sandy-silt geology, promotes a beautiful balance and concentration of the juices.

Production notes

Early morning mechanical harvest. 6-hour skin maceration in the press. Low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging on lees for 6 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

This white wine offers roundness and finesse, with aromas of exotic and white fruits blended with aniseed notes. It's fleshy and elegant. Pairs well with cheese, fish, and seafood pasta.
