Production notes

Made from the distillation of wine and wine lees. We work with Burgundy wines made from the Pinot Noir grape variety to produce this Burgundy brandy. Our Fine de Bourgogne, aged for a minimum of 7 years, is extremely delicate on the palate, revealing itself to be both supple and subtle.

Tasting notes

Our Fine de Bourgogne boasts a beautiful golden yellow color with coppery highlights. The nose offers a wide array of dried and candied fruits. You'll then be greeted by buttery and toasty notes, along with a hint of honey. Finally, the palate is dense with a lovely balance and a powerful, rich finish. To be consumed as a digestif, served at room temperature or in cooking, to flambé prawns.
