Ca'di Rajo
Lemoss Rosé
2023
About this winery
Established in the Treviso region of Veneto in the years preceding Prosecco's international rise to fame, Ca di' Rajo uses the Glera grape variety to produce its renowned sparkling wines. A family business since the 1930s, this vineyard has become a showcase for traditional production methods, often neglected by larger producers.

Product notes
In the Treviso dialect, “le moss” means sparkling.
Production notes
Lemoss rosato is made from selected grapes, without added sugar and with selected yeasts, which undergo a second fermentation in the bottle. Its production method, known as ancestral, does not include filtration. Once fermentation is complete, the yeasts remain at the bottom of the bottle, hence the Italian expression “col fondo” or French “sur lie” (on the yeast).
Tasting notes
Tasting notes of rose, fresh berries, and wild strawberries.
