Product notes

These grapes come from young Nebbiolo Rosé vines in Bruno Rocca's vineyards.

Production notes

The grapes were hand-harvested, destemmed, and sorted as whole berries into stainless steel tanks. They were aged in stainless steel tanks for a few months prior to bottling.

Tasting notes

This rosé displays a lovely cherry-red hue and releases delicate aromas of raspberry and strawberry. With excellent concentration, its charming red-fruit profile is enhanced by crisp, thirst-quenching freshness. Pairs well with pizza and burrata.
