Production notes
The grapes are collected from 20-40-year-old vines. The grapes are pressed gently and only the juice from the first pressing is used. The grapes are vinified separately and the base wines are fermented at 15°C in steel tanks. After mixing, the wine is bottled and the second fermentation takes place slowly in a 14°C cellar. The wine matures for at least 12 months before recorking. Dosage 8 g/l.
Tasting notes
A clean characteristic aroma with both yellow fruitiness and roast. The dry taste is pleasantly ripe and the long yeast maturation brings it layers.
