A selection of all Riesling terraces, on primary rocky soils as well as loess and gravels. Ages of the vines: 5 to 80 years. The name "Urban" recalls the saint of wine.
Our base was harvested during the first round of picking. Brewing time: 6 hours and spontaneous fermentation
Fresh and crunchy. Urban is a feather-light version of Riesling, delicate and playful. Filigree fruit, apricot in particular, steely freshness, simple and perfect with trout and char. Our lightest Riesling, a midsummer night's dream or spring awakening, depending on whether you prefer to drink it with Shakespeare or Wedekind. But he also does well solo. Or with friends! To the holidays! weddings! To fish! Soletti. In short: for everything fun.
Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate meadow herbs, white stone fruit, quince, finely spicy, fresh bouquet. Juicy, peach, appears light-footed, lively acidity, mineral aftertaste, already accessible.
