Product notes
Soil rich in limestone with a stony substrate.
Production notes
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The wine is aged in oak barrels of varying sizes for approximately 18 months.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Beautiful herbaceous notes of aromatic herbs, sage, and mint, with chlorophyll, violet, and raspberry on the finish. Well-structured and full-bodied with a flavorful finish. Pairs well with rabbit stew and beef kebabs.
