Production notes
In white or red, our bubbles are made using the traditional method (or méthode champenoise). While the crémant version is classic, the “lambrusco” version is much more original, but no less festive! We are the first in Bordeaux to produce a sparkling red wine using the traditional method. Traditional method (double fermentation). Aged on laths for 12 months.
Tasting notes
An intense wine with red and black fruit aromas. Fruity, festive bubbles. Pairings with strawberries and raspberries for dessert
