Quite sweet – I wonder what the residual sugar is on this? Or it could just be very, very fruit forward. Strawberry jelly, raspberry lolly, and an underlying herby note that reminds me of the fresh nettle tea we're drinking every morning at the moment. Pleasant. Serve well-chilled.
