Champagne Brimoncourt
Brut Rosé N/V
Wow, this really does smell like strawberries – picked straight up. But on the palate it's not as fruity. More steel, green stone fruit, fennel, lime. Really dry, lots of lime. Just an outline of strawberries. I wouldn't have minded a tad more fruit.
