100 m - 150 m above sea level. Vines 10 to 70 years old with an average vine age of 50 years and older

Production notes

Direct pressing in stainless steel vats for fermentation. 50% of the wine is aged in 300-liter French oak barrels, 10% of which are new, for one year. 50% of the wine is aged in 3000-liter French oak barrels for one year. Blending, settling, then aging in bottle for 6 months.

Tasting notes

Lively and expressive, it offers aromas of plum and apricot, with hints of herbs and olive leaves. On the palate, it is full-bodied and mineral. Pairs well with fish, white meats, and cheeses.
