Production notes

Vinification technique: Skin contact maceration, pneumatic pressing under nitrogen. Vinification mainly in stainless-steel vats. 15% of the blend is vinified in barrels. Aged for 3 months on fine lees.

Tasting notes

Clear, light yellow in color. The nose develops a beautiful aromatic intensity, with a palette ranging from white-fleshed to exotic fruits. On the palate, the balance is characterized by finesse and freshness, with a roundness and texture. Pairs well with smoked salmon and goat cheese.

 Wine Enthusiast

Roger Voss, January 2024 (Vintage 2023)

A good touch of ripe white fruits gives this wine, with its quince and pear aromas, a rounded character. Its red-apple flavors are cut with citrus, and perfumed from the Sauvignon Gris in the blend. Drink the wine now.

James Suckling, December 2024 (Vintage 2023)

Subtle aromas of quince and passion fruit follow through to a simple, medium-bodied palate. Easy and a bit light, with a fresh and fading finish. Drink now.
