About this winery

On the slopes of Castellinaldo d'Alba, our certified organic estate cultivates approximately 20 hectares, primarily Arneis, complemented by Barbera and Nebbiolo. We also own a recently acquired vineyard in Vezza d'Alba, within the historic Valmaggiore appellation. The vines are trained using the Guyot system. Product notes

Vine age: 15 to 25 years; terroir: calcareous marl.

Production notes

Gentle pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation at 18°C using indigenous yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes

Pale in color with greenish hues, the palate is full-bodied with aromas of pear and apricot; it is smooth and fresh, underpinned by a hint of crusty bread and a mineral, saline finish. Pairs well with risotto, seafood, and fish.
