About this winery

On the slopes of Castellinaldo d'Alba, our certified organic estate cultivates approximately 20 hectares, primarily Arneis, complemented by Barbera and Nebbiolo. We also own a recently acquired vineyard in Vezza d'Alba, within the historic Valmaggiore appellation. The vines are trained using the Guyot system. Product notes

All the immediacy and sincerity of Barbera d'Alba are born amidst the incomparable scents of the Roero region, on the limestone marls where seashells emerge, amidst the last gasps of the sea.

Production notes

Maceration in horizontal tanks at a controlled temperature not exceeding 30°C. With indigenous yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks or acacia barrels.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby ​​red with violet highlights. Complex, fruity, and full-bodied, with notes of strawberry, vanilla, coffee, and cocoa. An interesting Barbera aroma, recognizable by its hint of violet. The palate is rich with ripe fruit flavors, velvety, with a subtle touch of spice, harmonious and perfectly balanced, with a pleasantly grand and elegant finish.
