Product notes

The Cantos rodados come from the Noguera Ribagorçana River, with a high proportion of arenas and yesos intercalados. This variety was planted in 2006 in Espaldera, with a southeast orientation.

Production notes

Natural fermentation, using only indigenous yeasts. 3 days of maceration on the skins. No added sulfites. 7,059 bottles produced annually. Aged for 8 months on lees in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes

Cherry red color with purple highlights. On the nose, the wine is fruity with strawberry, blueberry, and hints of violet. On the palate, the wine is easy to drink, with barely noticeable tannins for Grenache. On the finish, it remains with raspberry, blackcurrant, and black licorice. A lingering finish with a sharp acidity. Pair with Spanish tapas.
